I am a flat rate shipper as men’s clothes reseller. Why don’t ya use shipping policies vice basically having 400+ items to update for shipping changes?

Thanks for your insights. Using the batch shipping feature it was pretty easy to make the changes. Having said that I have been experimenting more with calculated shipping to make the listing process easier.

A promoted closet only benefits Posh, not the seller, which is us. Rip off; they take enough from us with sales. GREAT video, thank you!

I pass right by Promoted Closet items. Seeing promoted closet items seems to have the total opposite effect on me. Maybe my mind protesting before I can click on them. And I don't get having to pay for clicks whether item sells or not. I can totally see that when the item sells you get charged a nominal fee for PC but to just pay every week in hopes.....nah.

I blindly signed up for the promoted closet free trial. Its no different than the ebay promoted listings so Im vaguely familiar with the service. Ive never been a fan of promoted listings as I dont think it added value for me. Unfortunately, I forgot to cancel it now they're trying to bill me for a service I didn't use. How do I cancel it???

Here's how to cancel: You may cancel any time before your next billing cycle by heading to Account > My Promoted Closet > Manage > Manage Promotion and clicking 'Stop Promotion'. Please note that this does not stop your current promotion, which will continue to run until the end of the billing cycle.

I tried it for the free trial it gave me 8 sales but,it really didn't help my closet i have nice things and i tried to cancel on my android phone,i could not so,i had to cancel my credit card because they would of still been taken out .this app takes more then you make.no good 😢

Thank you for sharing your experience. It's really disappointing to me Poshmark is moving forward with this "service" when it clearly isn't benefiting anyone (except Poshmark's pockets). 😞

I'm sorry to hear that. I'm so disappointed in poshmark for offer this "service" as it really just seems like a cash grab at the point, based on all the negative reviews.

Oh, I had a $20 sale overnight through PC. I dunnnoooo - beginner's luck? Either way, it doesn't match every video I've seen. We'll see how this second week goes.

I wish I saw this before I tried it, I tried the free trial and thought what's the harm. My results terrible omg it's like all of a sudden my closet died. I started getting likes but no takers and a lot of declined offers which usually people just don't respond I've never gotten so many declined offers. The whole week I made 1 sale it was decent but I could have made 1 sale on my own lol. I canceled and as soon as my week ended boom bundle sale 3 items decent offer I took it and then another sale $50 offer on a dress like WTH LOL, promoted closet did nothing for me not worth it.

Do not bother with Poshmark Promoted Closet. First their charges are too high. I am not a high seller that buys in bulk and makes a profit. I sell personal items and I have always lost money, never made any. Buyers want to buy at steep deep discounts and I find most to be unfair; to get a fair buyer you need to be very very patient. Poshmark charges too high fees in the first place and then have the gall to put out a promoted closet? What the heck????? I tried the promoted closet trial because they inundated me with TRY PROMOTED CLOSET EMAILS . i thought I cancelled and before I realized it I had two charges as they charge per week . Poshmark is a SHADY company- stay away from them.

I'm sorry to hear of your disappointing experience. I am so with you on the Promoted Closet emails and pop-ups. Its so enfuriated to constantly be bombarded withe advertising for a feature you already know will not benefit you in the least. I wish you continued success with your reselling business!

I tried it I had 8 sales but they charged a lot,I couldn't even get away from it I had to cancel my debit card and had a new one issued,they tried 8 x to take money from my card don't apply for it!!

@@theresasmith2335 Thank you for this comment and I'm sorry to hear of your cancellation experience. I was confident I canceled the service but I was charge the following month, as well. I just assumed my ADHD got the best of me and I accidently didn't fully complete all the steps. 🤔🤷♀
