@roisyoy4768
@roisyoy4768 3 жыл бұрын
@@seanlacey5141 you really don’t know what good nutrition looks like clearly. Good nutrition doesn’t mean eat chicken, broccoli, and rice. Nutrition for a football player is a huge variety of sources and those foods you just said, help these football players get in valuable macro nutrients because that is very important but you don’t know so you just wanna say that a certain program’s nutrition is not good.

@@roisyoy4768 plz tell me the valuable nutrients in a cookie?
@roisyoy4768
@roisyoy4768 3 жыл бұрын
@@seanlacey5141 ok I will try my best to tell you what I can. So the bulk of these football player’s diet consists of healthy, Whole Foods such as variety sources of lean meats, vegetables, fruits, dairy, whole grains, pancakes, and waffles. When you think of the healthy foods, the problem with the Whole Foods is that is takes time to digest and it can quickly fill their stomach up which is not good because then the athlete will eat less, then they will begin to lose weight from all the training they do. These treats like cookies and snow cones are fast digesting carbohydrates that are important to quickly spike their insulin levels and get into the blood stream faster for optimal recovery. The treats help athletes get their needed carbs in so that not only they begin to recover faster, but it also helps get their required amount of calories in so they don’t lose weight which is more important than just eating Whole Foods.
