I had some 3/4oz and 1oz jigs with 2/0 hooks. Also used 1/2oz for shallow water

Were those bird of prey jig heads?

@ Bottom sweeper jigs. Surprisingly didn’t lose any that day. I’ll have to check out birds of prey jigs

I like the 2000 and 2500 series reels for casting all day on a medium rod. Landed that bull on the Penn 2000. I like a beefier reel like a 4000 for cut bait or sheepshead fishing.
