I spent, without exaggeration, 4 hours off camera trying to fix and transform it correctly... i really wanted to love that fig... and its not "minor" when the whole figure breaks apart and doesn't even hold, doesn't even do the little thing it's suppose to do.

@kalobhunt9001 exactly. Tef even showed off the first figure they made, and she's great. I have her myself and she has small issues, but they have been in the game for a long time.

The fix isn't really needed though, it's a non-issue that at worst it gives a bad look but the heel pieces fit either way and looks fine either way to normal people (especially to workers that work long hours in factories in slave wages), only keen-eyed toy geeks would notice that's it's misassembled (and even then it took at least a few weeks for one of them to notice), it's not like something really noticeable like with two left arms and/or QC issues that really delibitates the functionality of the toy. While it still shouldn't have happened in the first place and should be fixed in later runs, it's really easy to see why nobody in production would have noticed this minor misassembly, especially the factory workers working under long hours at slave wages who are assembling it and those supervising the assembly, plus as far as QC issues go this is really a nothingburger compared to many others that plagued other toys, even more expensive ones like Haslab Star Saber.

Exactly! Especially since those titans with a base mode were supposed to have one. Tidal Wave's is a bonus, yet it manages to make a serviceble naval base where other vessels can dock.

It all depends on the kit itself... the paint, the make, the part... on my magmatron in particular, i did not need to use glue, it all holds by friction... some were so tight, once it goes in, it aint coming out.... but for example i got a similar kit for Ultra Magnus, and i had to use A LOT of glue 'cuz all the parts were loose

it's just the combiners that is a bit disapointing, otherwise it's one of the best Motormaster ever

@@Tef-Tef that extra gun is for dragstrip the gun he comes with is too tight in his hands so they sent another. Bonus if you just use a little sand paper on the handle you can have dragstrip duel wield weapons.

Hell no man, you dont do video reviews of toys, I DO, fingernails is a MUST.. you need those to get in there to split, open, lift, peel... the longer the better :D

the stickers inside the aircraft carrier are the only exclusive to the base mode... but still... of course all the others still shows in base mode, specially the destroyer ones with all the golden windows looks great in base mode

i think its the compromises.... either you have a good looking chonk BB... or you have a somewhat accurate cartoon body... but with a shitty backpack and feet... i like the look of the chonky vs the Newage and MP45 ugly feet and messed up backpack... i prefer the real car hood vs the fake one new age and mp45 has... but true we havent had a great good looking toon accurate G1 BB...

No its actuallly a bootleg of a IDW comic book design, that was later on created by Hot Soldier, and then bootlegged/stolen from Mechanic Studio... only painted and added a face to look like a Thomas the train ... i thought i said this already in the video?
