How do you know it wasn't some bored soldier scratching rocks to pass time? Some of the art is really hard to see

Must be a lot different from back in the Old Days. I still remember the first time going in the back of a Dusenhalf for 10 days, almost 30 years ago. We slept on the ground, and Dug a hole with an E Tool to go to the bathroom. First time was in the summer, but seems like most of times was the Winter. Sleeping under the stars was so much nicer except a couple times when it rained, but most times it was dry the times that I was there. I have mostly only good memories of that time.
