@ ah didn’t know the comp put you in open for uspsa. Idpa you can have a comp but no magwell in CO

@@j.a.6866 the hold mags to your belt. They are really good for the beginning and end of stages. They go right on the outside of the pouch I just ordered one with the new pouches for a competition set up.

They make version for both the 1913 and the sig specific. I've got the 1913 tlr7sub on my xmacro comp grip and I have the sig tlr7sub on my wcp xl grip module....I like the wing so much I put it on both.

These gen 5s extract super hard. If you will notice when clearing a round by hand, no matter if you rack the slide back hard or just barely the bullet still flys out. They are also really tight with a full magazine.

@ I built this before the PDP X was but the the ones I’ve tried have have the ZRT spring in them. But if your have having an issue with the slide not fully cycling, putting in the 15lb spring should help. Also what kind of ammonia are you running

Federal 115gr. Recommended on walther website but stovepipes every round. Tried a buddy’s +P and no issues at all. RMAing it for repair. Going the ZRT route regardless. Thanks for the info

@@Jacobx24 I built the one before the PDP X came out. If I was to do it again I would tell you get the PDP X and see how it feels. Then if you want you buy the Ultra build and comp for Parker mountain machine to make it the 2 port

How much difference did the aftermarket recoil spring and guide rod make compared to stock setup? I’ve rented the full size non compensated model several times and love it, can’t decide if I really need the compensator or not.

@@markjohnson3485 I think it make a big difference. The factory recoil spring it at 18 lbs. I went with a 15 pound one. But the one you shot at the range has probably been worn in after being rented a lot

Here's the big brain move I made lol, use the one slimmer switch that comes with the TLR 7 Sub on just the right side if you are right handed. This model allows you to change just one switch or both un like the earlier lights. Now your index finger has more room to easily get out of the trigger guard and hit the light.

Hey all, this does not work on the Staccato CS and they still have it up there to purchase. Customer service is a bummer, they won't even send a shipping label to take it back even though it is their problem. Kinda sucks, I have it on my model P Staccato as well, gets stuck a little on the safariland holster but otherwise is a great add on.
