Here’s a little tip for you to practice build a few characters just to do the workouts some of the easiest ones are the agility ladder the treadmill the heavy bag some of the more harder ones that take time to get used to is the sprint the box jump and the medicine ball And then you have ones that are in the middle like bench crescent squats . I just got all four stars on my workout my question is what is the difference between getting three stars and getting the Gatorade Turbo boost versus four stars does your benefits stay longer?
