So cute! We also have a similar tradition in Argentina called The Three Kings. It’s celebrated after traditional Christmas and we also leave our cleaned shoes out for small gifts 😊

Your vlogs are so relaxing and inspiring! I love when you explore NYC because sometimes I get so overwhelmed by how much there is to do here. Can’t wait to see what else you share 😊 My favourite bakery is Radio Bakery in Greenpoint. If you have a chance to head out there, stop by Rhythm Zero for some coffee and Big Night for a little shopping - happy new year! ❤

I'm a big fan of your videos, Chantal! As for bakeries, a good one in Athens is The Blind Spot, one in Pagrati and one in the north, in the area of Halandri. On an aside, I know its pretty impossible but do you think there is a decent hotel in NYC at 100/night???

Love the vlog! We have a bakery in Shreveport, Louisiana called Sugar Sheaux, where the owner makes a full wedding cake every week and sells it by the slice. Absolutely delicious and the shop is nestled on a brick laid street near other eateries and little novelty stores. Love the coziness of the winter season! Congrats on your sponsorships!

Congrats on your sponsorships! So exciting :) I am trying to cook more too. Gonna focus on as much nutrition as possible - and working out. Winter will become soup season! :) I may have a little bit of bubbly but not much. Yes, cinnamon is so good in coffee/hot lattes! I love your website it is beautiful. I prefer vlogs over reading blogs because I read other things, but I would read anything you post. I would use it as a back up to your vlogs -the links of stores and restaurants that you've been to that look interesting, etc. Happy New Year! Cheers from Canada :)

Wow, you are the Wintry Goddess in that outfit! Fave bakery here in Sacramento: Karen’s in Folsom. It’s on the A.R. bike trail, so a popular stopping point for cyclists like me. The things I learn from watching your videos! Caviar cones??! Who knew? Yum!

Happy New Year! I used your city guide when I visited my sister last year. It really came in handy when I created our itinerary. When we had free time, we looked for someplace to go. Thank you for the guide. 🥰We had tickets to Birdland for dinner and a live jazz, located in Midtown. Have you experienced Birdland? We had such a wonderful time and the food was decent. It's not too pricey. If you can, you should add Birdland to your guide and perhaps a video one day. We hung out in Soho, Chelsea, West Village, and Lower East Side. We had a blast. My sister lives in Brooklyn. We didn't explore Brooklyn but we will on my next visit. Winter is for slow mornings/days. 😊Yes, I reset after the holidays. I enjoyed the video! As always, I'm looking forward to the next one. 🥰

Hi Chantal, I am planning a 5 days trip in NYC in April, and we would like to take the train to spend a day in Washington. Do you have any advice? Thank you, I ❤ your vlogs and best wishes for the new year
@georgiasmith76156 күн бұрын
Washington is slightly over 3 hours from NYC by Amtrak so it’s a bit far to do a day trip, you really won’t have that much time.
