You are amazing and I'm kind of not computer literate. I used to play with an old-time fiddle group maybe 20 years ago. I was unable to keep playing for a number of reasons but now I have my my fiddle and I'm ready to go. Your post is the best ever. I need a little more instruction and I need to know how to copy that tab. It's coming back to me slowly and with your help I think I can do it! Again you are wonderful and I would love to learn more and more from you. How?

Thank you for sharing this. My Aunt Maggie is 93 years old and just moved to a nursing home where there's a piano. The first time I visited, she requested this song which I did not have the sheet music for. I said I'd bring it next time. When I finally played it for, she was ecstatic. Obviously, I will play it for her every time I visit. The only problem is I have trouble practicing it. It makes me cry.

Ive got a couple old fiddles from the thrifty shop and a garage sale. I've built a couple mountain dulcimers play a little guitar(not well) I am setting up these old fiddles and piddling with them. Maybe i can get a couple grandkids interested in music.
