I would expect that all maintenance strategies (reactive through predictive) would be utilized in every company. However, that should be driven by a criticality assessment, which is not discussed here). IMO, a criticality assessment is the first and likely most important thing you can do when setting up your maintenance plan as it is the driver for everything else.

Where I work, we use maintenance Technician. We do pm, machine commissioning/decommissioning, electrical upgrades to machines. Pretty much everything.

I was a residential custom home superintendent, did 20 million dollar custom home builds as the only guy on site, recently switched over to commercial FM, I am 50 times more knowledgeable about almost all aspects of my job than anybody in my company, but this video genuinely helped me organize my day to day a little bit better. Many of the day to day of construction translates to FM, but theres little details here and there that you will miss if you dont have FM experience. Thank you for the content and teaching me.
