I would expect that all maintenance strategies (reactive through predictive) would be utilized in every company. However, that should be driven by a criticality assessment, which is not discussed here). IMO, a criticality assessment is the first and likely most important thing you can do when setting up your maintenance plan as it is the driver for everything else.

Where I work, we use maintenance Technician. We do pm, machine commissioning/decommissioning, electrical upgrades to machines. Pretty much everything.

I was a residential custom home superintendent, did 20 million dollar custom home builds as the only guy on site, recently switched over to commercial FM, I am 50 times more knowledgeable about almost all aspects of my job than anybody in my company, but this video genuinely helped me organize my day to day a little bit better.
