Honestly, I'm about as neurotically modest as they come but I saw nothing inappropriate here. I know dancers and gymnasts almost always have a perpetual wedgie and I don't know how there aren't really bad wardrobe malfunctions more often but there was NOTHING here! She was just a seriously gifted gymnast! I just don't get it! I have seen way more showy stuff in the grocery store, which I did point out to management, as the woman was wearing whatever she wore to the pool and the thong was super WRONG for even a Walmart! It had a severe creep factor and I've seen more cotton in an aspirin bottle on the top but this outfit here was absolutely tame! Nothing was where it shouldn't have been and nothing was exposed! I'm super baffled. Oh, they did eject the irate shopper from the store citing that she wasn't properly dressed for the business. It was offensive to wear in the presence of especially small children and a little too much of an education for even the pool in my opinion.

I have no problem with this. She does good job as an athlete and Malaysia is proud to have her. My problem is with the sports industry itself even in worldwide level, on the sports dress code mainly for females. She is just one out of million female athletes victimised by this show-your-body for full score in sports otherwise you gonna get less. Indeed there are more female athletes of different fields regulated for body exposure worse than this. This is not just sports people. It's all in one. Sports and visual pleasure for men, while brainwashing girls to nakedness deceiving them into active and athletic impression can only be achieved with this type of attire when what actually matters is just the performance capacity lol. I am not into the do sports with abaya or baju kurung sarcasm here and that is why sports shirt and pants exist. But if an athlete wearing tights is really THAT matter, there's something like leggings or jumpsuits to add up and define more respectable dress code for athletes compared to what we see around today and a little more conceal on the skin won't affect the performance at all. Sports are supposed to be pure fitness industry. Not body showing industry.
