Let’s hope that people listen and comprehend the horrors highlight by this doctor and that lie ahead. Common sense seems to have left the British people en mass. Thoughtless ignorant idiots are putting everyone at risk!! Listen up everyone before it’s to late My sincere thanks to all in the NHS who are putting themselves in harms way to help the general population survive this nightmare

Thanks for speaking up Dr Jack, and having to keep going against all odds 💔💔.We are all deeply in debt to people like you on the front line...I am sharing this widely. Immediate lockdowns are needed except for emergency workers and vital services. Public venues must immediately close because people are not getting it. Stupid and selfish beyond comprehension.

@@FaughtyEmit I am pretty positive they will go ahead on a priority basis. It must be so frightening for you both. I do hope all goes well for you and your new baby. If we are looking after a covid patient it is away from our main labour ward and theatres. We still have access to theatres as they might need a c section. I'm praying that doesn't happen.

Thinking of you all in there. Your authentic voice is so necessary to persuade people that this really is a big deal. I think reality doesn't crystalise for some until someone up on high gives the word and then it becomes a thing! It always was a thing. Since December 2019 its been a thing!!! The early placatory messaging has a lot to answer for!!! Plus we are a nation that celebrates bravery and wartime spirit which is to be admired but twinned with ignorance and disregard is a kamikaze recipe. It's also helpful that you are acknowledging the shades between illness and recovery such as the potential for impairment. Again people have been messaged, "ill" or "recovered" no grey in between. Sending you all love ❤ you voice is beautiful and true - these are one and the same. Please take care and please keep expressing your views and sharing your insights. I pray you will all be safe in your work. 🙏🙏🙏❤

Boris Johnson will truely go into the history books alongside Hitler and Pol Pot, had the chance to inact lockdown until a vaccine weeks ago and delay and reduce the spread. Instead millions will die due to him and similar politicans. Dr Jack and others, you're heroes, I wish the world didn't treat you as cannon fodder.

Sadly our Prime Minister was elected on the basis of telling people what they want to hear and tacking on to the bottom of 'Get Brexit Done' long slow painful death caused by respiratory failure was never really going to be a selling point...people showed what they thought of the idea that public services should be funded properly let alone RUN properly very resoundingly at the ballot box. I guess they prefer to take their chances...however we do not have to become victim of this neither do our loved ones if we follow the simple 5 step advice given!

It"s not Boris who is ignoring the government directives. I am a lifelong Labour member and find it an enormous stretch to liken Boris to hitler - just silly talk. All that's required is to do as the Dr said and follow the guidelines and the thing will be turned around in 12 weeks, he actually said that
