DUDE WAIT OMGOSH THIS LOOKS SO SICK!!! The compositionnn aughhhh am just eatin it, the flow of the eldritch body and with all the bits and shapes of it, POP OFF MATE. The lighting??? Eating that up, It’s so dynamic with the dual lightsource and bounce light for the face of the pony express creechur. Also love how ‘Jimble jamble’s’ face is super shadowed, the way this is composed looks SO COOL AUGHHHHHHH. Love this so much RAHHHH (Dont get me started on how delish this style and semi sketchy and painterly at the same time this style is, it’s got that clean roughness to it) KSDNJSBDJSBSN Love your workk!!! :DDDD

I do think that this guy suffered from psychodic disease and a horrible life to be such a monster. I mean, imagine a distorted creature like that, having no remorse at all about your actions towards other people and believing that you fixed everything not realising you made things even worse, you must be very troubled and desperatly delusional.

Not only your ilustration is amazing and has a great atmosphere, your process and the phases you follow to make an illustration are really interesting to watch. It looks like a good method for ending up with good values and to make an illustration that feels both detailled and messy (but in a gritty and really cool way that still is clear and easy to understand)

Really liking the editing process on this. Your workflow doesn't involve too much canvas rotating or mirroring, so it's easy to follow and enjoyable to see everything come together. Also always nice to see the references used as well. Hope to see more on Tumblr if you want to draw more for the game!

Haha, certainly was an interesting time trying to translate her design into a realistic style! I was really drawn to the contrast of the blocky blue side and the more organic yellow so I tried to lean into that. Kinda have mixed feelings on the result but I figured I’d just embrace the uncanniness 🤷‍♂️
