Are there any solar panels? see inside the cupboards to see storage etc, where is water? How big ? can this be upgraded changed? Room for a loo option have a shower fitting ? Awning? Different flooring ? So perhaps instead of music a verbal description of equipment & services etc you provide would be better ?
