even tho much has been done, we will need to let go if the LAB shows the passion has failed. True North (Game of the impossible), leading to a realistic Target not to a life of mediocrity.

In a leadership vulnerability "I know where we need to go, but don't know as well. But we will journey and explore together". LOVE IT!!! This is what lead to establishing a LAB.

Entertaining perspectives said. I note many words used from a post grad reading vocabulary. Very academic but yet to know his genre on coding and DevOps. Talk on policies is debatable is not actionable and makes little value. DAP as a Party is very Chinese Centric and my bother.

Our politicians must be intellectual and compassionate for a better Malaysia. Mist of our opp. politicians are pathetic to say the least.

Hello Kian Ming. I know u are a very talented person & highly educated. I hope u will stay put in one field to help revamp the country education system bcos the education in our country needs change. Please do something to change our country to be like that of S'pore, systematic, law enforced by the authorities & today we see S'pore advanced to get a developed nation with the highest reserves in the world. Take heed & be somebody to take the lead & be a leader that bring changes we so need to see our country a better place to live in for the youngsters & also senior citizens.

But by cancelling routes, Malaysia did not get the unseen snowball.effects. But if you have better education, when you ride bicycle, you will ride faster than those who started riding earlier. Everyone who study marketing, will know customers needs, that is just a basic thing.

I believe the reason there will be resistance to your ideas is because there is no insensitive for the people critiquing your theory to support your theory, which will probably make their positions obsolete. I have developed a buckle free truck curtain system for the cargo area on transport vehicles. I absolutely understand about the invisible furniture that Sanjay is talking about. 😊😊

Idris Jala's sharing has always been inspiring, and this podcast was no exception. The concept of segmenting P&L to the lowest level for transformative changes is a game-changer, empowering every team member to contribute meaningfully. Setting impossible targets with a two-tier approach is truly mind-boggling. I deeply resonated with his childhood story - growing up in relative poverty but never feeling poor. I recall my own childhood, surrounded by siblings, and my parents struggling for daily meals - those were some of the happiest times of my life. Jala's philosophy of treating failure as free tuition is something I'll carry with me. It's a refreshing take on learning from our mistakes. His approach to handling grey areas, especially the gas cylinder example, is a valuable lesson in transparency and ethical decision-making. The idea of never making such decisions alone and testing them with "what if" questions, along with the ability to defend them if they become public, truly struck a chord with me. Thank you for raising my question on situational leadership. Idris’s advice on staying agile and adapting to different phases when handling resistance is invaluable. This podcast is a must-listen, not only for young professionals but seasoned leaders as well. It's been a truly enjoyable and enlightening conversation. Well done to Sarah and Janice.
