@@JoshGreenbergFit101 Thanks, I'm 2 weeks out from top surgery today, and had two months out with a TOS issue, so I'm doing alternating days of supersets with modified push ups and pull ups then floor DB chest press and flys, then HIIT on the other days with protien, collegen and amino acid supps (i have fibromyalgia and they seem to help with DOMS). I'm limiting the strength training to try and target the pecs as that's what i need most for the surgery and the cardio will cover the legs anyway, given its for just 2 weeks. I was doing everything in the lead up. I'll be out for a month to 6 weeks after then limited ROM from 3-6 months out and will just follow my physio's direction for that rehab.

This is a good video, and I see were your coming form. But you also got to think about how you use milk and eggs in pan cakes so that adds to the protein. And if you want to add some yogurt on top. You could use a serve of buttermilk kodiak pancake mix and fair life milk, an egg, and some yogurt and that is 44 grams of protein, 10 grams of fat and 70 grams of carbs. So this isn’t just the best tasting breakfast but the best pre workout meal!!!
