This is definitely a great discussion and I appreciate you for doing it. I got my NIW approved in Nov 2023, so my filing date is fast approaching since the billeting as of today is for those with PD (lastest AUG 1 2023). My PD is NOV 2023. Actually I work for a pharmaceutical company and even those the I-140 can be self petitioned; my company filed it for me. So that’s exciting. I am planning to get married to my fiancé who is coming on a visiting visa in December. But he will return back to our home country (Nigeria) after the wedding. My question is when I get called for AOS (which is any moment from now), I can I include my spouse as an indirect beneficiary? If yes, Will both of us get a green card when the I-485 is approved? Thank you so much and I look forward to your response.

I strongly advise against working with Visa Franchise. My experience with their team, has been extremely disappointing. They are quick to take your money but fail to provide the level of support and guidance promised. When issues arise, they are unresponsive and refuse to take accountability. Despite being assured that refunds were possible if significant problems occurred, they hid behind contractual terms when I requested a refund, completely ignoring the challenges I faced due to their poor service. This is not a company you can trust for professional or reliable support. Save yourself the stress, time, and money, and look elsewhere for your visa needs.

I keep on hearing all about investment, opening business or top talent migration. Is there a way for a person with a college certificate to move to USA?
