Cereal to the top 3/4 of bowl. Milk to the top 3/4 of cereal. Push the top part that isn’t soaking in milk to one side. Eat the cereal that’s been sitting in milk until that side is gone. Then push the dry cereal that’s been sitting on top of the side you haven’t eaten yet into the empty side. This ☝🏻 is how you can still have a slight crunch to your bowl of cereal from first bite to the last one. I should know. I have a disordered eating habit that I’ve been experiencing since my last of three daughters graduated and left. I eat Life cereal every single day twice a day for the past two years. Cereal first -- mostly out of habit and also because i hate having to clean up messes. But you could put milk first and then cereal if you pour the cereal in carefully and slowly.
