Did you convert the unit, that it may not harm stereo records, stereo pickup and 18 micrometer stylus? Or was it still changed to this, because since the 1970's all singles are stereo?

This is a neat little jukebox. I had not known that they had made jukeboxes that stood on four legs with space underneath. I love the style and how you can see the actual record play. The only downfall for me with this style is the titles are inside towards the back panel. With my visual impairment not having distant vision; it would be hard to see what selections I could make, however, if I was able to own one of these myself; I would make a printed list of the selections on a separate paper and tape it to the side; or; have the paper in a binder. This would be if the jukebox came pre-loaded with songs. If I had one that was not loaded; then I would take the front glass off; copy the numbers as they appear by the selection boxes, make a playlist then load the jukebox with the songs according to the custom playlist. I have tons of 45rpm records but would inspect them and only put in the records that are in good to excellent condition in order to prevent record changes in a short period of time. Thank you so much for the superior demonstration.

These old seabergs have such a good sound to than I used to have one of these once and really wished I would have never sold it these people out of the country had it down there basement and I picked it up for like 20 bucks back in 1982 and brought it home they're definitely not a light jukebox It worked but I had to replace the capacitors the soldier ones in the power amplifier unit this is the only Jeep box I have also ever seen with the smaller thyratron tube which was a 2D21 As seeburg most times used a 2050 tube for the stepper units I had ordered a conversion cartridge that was stereo compatible from the wico corporation and it plugged right in in place of the original redhead tonearm pick up unit that way stereo records could be played without messing up the grooves sure miss having a jukebox maybe one of these days I'll have one again
