It doesn’t work that good! It can cause numbness and loss of feeling in the legs. It can take up to a year to recover from the pain after the procedure.

@prathambarman1011 go to a urologist the cost of a scrotal ultrasound sound should be about 100$ and that will tell you if you have one and the grade of it.

I have looked at all the varicocele solutions and they all involved surgery which I am not keen because they are all invasive. Western way of treatment always involves removing the problem area instead of making the problem area better. Exercises are long term but slow. I managed to treat my varicocele problem to make it go away by accident. I happen to have this cream called "Flexall Pain Relieving Gel". I applied it to the testicle problem area. I thought it was a cooling cream but after more than 2 minutes my testicles area became hot and painful so I quickly ran to the bathroom and washed it away. Had to endure the pain for a few minutes. But once the pain went away, I noticed I didnt feel any annoying pain from my testicles due to the varicocele. The next morning, I looked at my testicles and my varicocele veins which were thick and dark yesterday was gone ! There is no need to see a doctor ! The heat expanded the veins so that the blood can flow.
