Love the the back and white floors in the foyer, it's timeless. Love ethe dark hardwood floors, she would have been crazy to rip out the Cherry, one of the most expensive woods on the market. The darker stain looks beautiful. i'm partial to dark hardwood floors. I have them in my house and absolutely love them.

Name of wallpaper in the bathroom?? It is beautiful!

I am so glad you kept the black and white checker board floor, I was worried it was going to be removed like so many have done. Love the dark floors throughout and the dining room ceiling. Really love you design style

You both are adorable and I love what you’ve done with this remodel. I love the black/white floors in the entry way, the wall paper picked and the breakfast area. This home is now comfy and very welcoming where before it was heavy much like a lawyers office. Great job!

You were right with the hardlines and 90° angles of that black and white floor trying to introduce curves in the furniture and wallpaper that apparently the client refused was a good design move it would’ve softened the space at least you won in the powder room maybe the client will allow you to come back and finish your vision

The kitchen and banquet areas use up too much floor space. Space for the sitting area would have been available if the length of the banquette was reduced by the width of 1 back wooden panel. The TV would have been flanked with equal widths of the brick wall. Greater symmetry could also have been achieved in the kitchen if the stove had been placed directly opposite to the the sink, and flanked on each side with a pair of upper cabinet doors.

While this home is very beautiful it is so cliche. They never look like someone actually LIVES in the home. It takes away the charm
