I love it too! I have been playing it once per week since it was released and can't get enough of it :) You should definitely come back. They reworked the skill trees and added new maps, new enemies, new weapons...

It was definitely too fast for me. But the speed is optional most of the time. There is a timer when you reach the end of levels and then you have to get back to the beginning before it runs out. The most challenging for me were the boss fights.

I know the feeling. I was so terrible during my first missions, but I definitely improved through the game. My obsession with not raising alarms if I don't have to made my life in Commandos really hard at times.

I am truly sorry for causing you pain. I have a special way to start and end my Twitch streams so it gets to my videos as well if I don't want to start it with silence or some out of nowhere comment from later. There shouldn't be much of that in the video except of the starting and ending lines. I do have a high pitch voice, not an unusual thing for women, I would say. Not much to do about that if I want to be myself ;)

Nice! I hope that some good memories will be awoken! I didn't play it back then but I heard good things about the Commandos games and because I really like Shadow Tactics and War Mongrels, I wanted to play the grandfather of those games as well :) After finishing all 20 missions I must admit that Commandos is pretty hard. Especially the last 5 missions and definitely mission 20 which took me around 7 hours to beat. Ufff :)

@@PlasmaWaspGaming Yeah for sure they are extremely hard, i had to slide the game speed down completely to even have a slight chance at playing it. Its also much easier if you are used to all the shortcut keys for sure. Just clicking on everything is hell ((:

Wait, you can slow the game speed? I had no idea. How do you do that? I had a list of shortcuts on my second screen just in case it would be needed. In some situation it was definitely needed and very useful. Clicking on everything is crazy but missclicking and ruining everything is hell :D Or when I forget to pick up my equipment, spend 30 minutes trying to get to a good position just to realize I don't have it and have to get back/reload save ;) I need to take a break from it now before I have the mental strength to continue with Commandos: Beyond the Call of Duty. And Commandos: Origins coming out next year!!! Exciting :)

@@PlasmaWaspGaming Im not sure anymore, but im 100% positive you can change it in Beyond The Call of Duty in Options>Game Preferences or something like that. Yeah i agreee, the clicking is ok butmisclicking or the time it takes is nervewrecking, too bad they didn't make games where you could choose keybinds back then. Cuz all those games would be a lot easier to deal with. Like the numpad to change characters instead of the normal numbers with left hand, like how the heck would u change characters on the numpad having to hold ur mouse, that stuff was such a bad production choice. But hey it's old, great games that should be completely remade, perhaps all of the commandos from behind enemy lines, all the way to commandos 3, in the classic fashion, just better graphics, all the missions of all those games in 1 remade game, would really be special imo.

Yeah! I would love to be able to change keybinds. I usually do that in every game I play - something close to wasd or extra mouse buttons. They tried to remaster 2 and 3 and looking back at it makes me feel that they shouldn't even bother if they can't make it work. Both remasters got better graphics but the price for it is encountering so many more bugs than in the original games. So I will definitely play the original ones when I feel like continuing the Commandos salty struggles of mine :D

It was ok. Too grindy for my taste, but I enjoyed it anyway. I wish it was a bit more challenging and the Pokemon spawns more random. It would make the open world feel more real. Can't wait to try another Pokemon game! Any recommendations?

@@PlasmaWaspGaming Absolutely. Just try either Scarlet / Violet or Sword / Shield on Switch. Scarlet / Violet is a bit weird when it comes to characters and story, but it‘s open world and the Pokemon fights are awesome. It gets the job done. If you do have a Nintendo DS, i recommend buying one of the old games, like Black / White or Heartgold/ Soulsilver. But frankly, any game that is not Arceus Legends will do😁

Thank you! I have Switch so I will try Scarlet / Violet or Sword / Shield. Does it matter which of the two versions? I don't want to look too much into it because it's better not knowing at all what will come before playing a game. The unknown can be pretty exciting :)

@@PlasmaWaspGaming Ok so it‘s pretty much like this (Sorry for alonger text): Sword and Shield: Changes some Gym Leaders (You have to take on 8 gyms throughout the game, gym leaders are strong pokemon trainer that will truly test your mettle) and it changes what legendary pokemon you get to catch. For Sword, you get Zacian, the cool dog with a sword in its mouth. And for shield, you get Zamazenta, the lion with a shield for a mane. As in Scarlet/Violet, the entire colortable of the game changes to trainers and player character either wearing orange or purple clothes. (Purple looks better, trust me) Plus, you get to chose what legendary you like more. In Scarlet, it is Koraidon, a primal beast, while in Violet, you get Miraidon, which looks super science-fictionlike. Overall, it‘s a heavy choice, especially when considering that some pokemon ONLY appear in one of two versions, so to have‘em all, you‘d have to trade. Hope that helps!

Amazing! There where I am in the series Ash doesn't have Cyndaquil evolved so I've never seen the evolutions. It will be interesting to experience it in the game :)

I agree. Games like this are always so much better with friends. But getting some materials for everyone's weapon and gear and their upgrades can be difficult especially when you have to find a lot of sunken crypts for scrap iron and some smaller swamps have none of those.

I have one more Valheim video to upload from last Saturday and tomorrow we will be playing it again. Can't wait to explore the new biome. :)
