Love your skincare videos! I wanted to recommend you to try Adapalene 0.1%, rather than tretinoin. I have extremely sensitive and dry skin, ive only been using it for three weeks, but my skin looks so much better and i never got any peeling.

Hello Greta, thank you I will have a look :) how many times per week are you able to use it ?
@gretas67945 күн бұрын
@@thefrenchsolution every single night!! I learned about it from dr dray. In Australia it's available from the pharmacy but you have to speak to the pharmacist, in the US it's available off the shelf. I actually first got it from iHerb and it shipped to me easily, without a prescription.

7:12 I can answer this right away, yes and no, it's easy to change your country on the Ikea website, and you will indeed see some things that are different between each country. I was on the Ikea Germany website and the Spain website, and there were some sofas that don't exist in France, but it's not all the products, I'd say it was about a quarter of the products are different. Actually, I hate to say it, but I sometimes think the selection for Ikea France is not as good as other countries, and sometimes the exact same item in one country in the EU might cost a lot more in France, like the kivik canapé avec meridienne is 699 euros in Spain but 949 euros in France.

A first generation Jamaica American born and raised in Brooklyn NY here, it is very expensive to live here and salary does not match the rent and other cost of living. The only reason I still live here is because I live in my grandparents apartments they got when they moved to America 50 years ago and the rent is what they were paying before they died. Otherwise I would not be able to live here, and if you do you’ll get a tiny apartment and will be paying your soul or you’ll have to get a reliable roommate. I’d love to live in France because apparently dating isn’t as complex as it is here and the culture seems like it matches my Caribbean up bringing. But the apartments are very small over there, I live in a big apartment due to taking over my grandparents apartment.

hey, so interesting what you have shared, thank you for your feedback. I have heard that NYC is very expensive but the opportunities are quite amazing job-wise. Even on the short term it is still interesting to go abroad and see a different work environment but get what you are saying, I bet it is very hard to save money aside when the rents are so expensive. What are your favorite districts to live-in NYC?
@thecaribbeanbelle673321 күн бұрын
@@thefrenchsolution it’s not called districts we call it boroughs but I love Brooklyn which is where I’m from but Williamsburg is nice and Bed-Stuy. But I usually only stay in Brooklyn or Manhattan Lol Queens is too far and the Bronx is blah. But either way you have to watch out for crazy people on the streets and the buses! 🤷🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️ it is what it is! But if the job offer pays well and you can afford to come then hey the more the merrier.

You’re a highly disciplined person:) For me, one of the things I’m glad about becoming an adult is that we can better figure out which habits make us productive and help us function better. You seem like a great example of that! Looking forward to a day in your life video✨ In France (in cities), people usually dry their laundry inside their rooms? I’m just wondering how those who don’t have enough space to set up a drying rack manage with their laundry….
@thefrenchsolutionАй бұрын
It's a very good question you have asked. In France, culturally, the majority of people don't own a dryer and if you live in a small studio apartment ( like I used to live in a 20M2 ) you simply don't have the space for even a washing machine, so you either wash and dry your clothes at your parent's place or at a laundromat. if you have the chance to have a washing machine but not a lot of space you can have a vertical drying rack :) and yes most people dry their clothes inside but if they have a garden they also use it to dry clothes outside.

i am from America. My rather dry, but wavy hair needs revitalization, due to its so dry & windy here. I was looking into the Phyto brand, when I ran across your video. I really enjoyed your video. And you introduced me to other products to try as well. Thank you & definitely send along some more videos w/ products for us to try.

@thefrenchsolution Hi back at ya ! The prices vary depending on where you buy from. And I look for the sales first. You have to save a $ somewhere, right? I'm looking for some old pricing right now. As soon as I can, that would be my first purchase of Phyto, but I've noticed alot of recommendations on this product. I am looking forward to trying it. Thank you so much for asking.

I really like this type of video. I know only several minutes of you, but I can tell you’re such a strong, sensible, and beautiful individual in many ways :) Hope you’ll keep sharing your thoughts and a little bit of your life! By the way, have you ever felt like letting go of some old habits (non-negotiables) is difficult? As someone who also likes having some non-negotiables in my daily life, I sometimes feel I’ve accumulated too many of them! But letting go of them also feels not easy😂 because I know they make me feel better!
@thefrenchsolutionАй бұрын
Your words truly touch my heart, thank you so much for taking few minutes of your precious time to leave a little message. I can relate to what you 've said about adding up too many non negotiables. I tend to want to do it all and it is not possible so I guess we both have to learn how to let go :) having maybe 5 non negotiables seems enough for myself and sometimes I have to remove some from my extensive list haaa.

Hey Anna, Thank you so much for your lovely comment. Sure, I can explain to you why vegetarianism did not work for me. I always had trouble with digestion especially legumes (chick peas and all the lentils, kidney beans ...) Since I have Soy and dairy intolerance I was not getting enough protein and satisfaction from food so I decided to switch back. As someone who works out a lot it's what currently works the best for me :)
