At @14:19 when you asked it to check your appointments, 2 had 2 confirmed and 1 cancelled appointment but it repated all 3 for you. This is an error, shouldn't it have responded with only 2?

That's a great question. I wonder if it makes sense to get the name first in the live chat sequence but updating the name and other contact info as its collected is super important. I did notice the AI used Ray's name when it replied but it did not look like the name was updated from Guest Visitor.

This is freaking amazing - I am glad I found Assistable AI! I was going to try to build a VAPI Voice bot - and I saw a guy have a 20 minute convo with that but he is a software engineer and the average GHL user whould never get that result!
