Hope you don’t have to deliver during the summer. We avoid the OBX during summer as there are way too many tourons.

Is what it is. As long as it's not friday-sunday it's not as bad. Especially coming us 64. Most of the tourons come via 168 from points north. Memorial day traffic gets bad bad. Which is why I called them and got in at 2 pm a day early. It was originally supposed to deliver Friday.

I'd rather deliver to OBX summer time vs some areas of Brooklyn. 😂 I only live 45 minutes from Kitty hawk anyway so used to it.

Yes I have been woundering about this same thing. I see these biker people running btw traffic and they wounder why they almost/ do get hit!! I thought it was illegal to run up between two lanes, like I see them doing now.🤔🙀😨

Seems the yellow semi made it more dangerous for the bikers. I've noticed they are sometimes big bullies on the road.

How you figure? He moved over well ahead of them, and ahead of the slow moving truck running under the speed limit. He was in an active pass. I had to get on the brakes because I underestimated the speed of that slow truck also. Had planned on passing Estes after the motorcycles.

I think the yellow semi saw them coming in his side mirrors and in anticipation of their stupidity toed off the throttle enough to give them the space to get get through making it all about the timing, not their great riding skills.

That trucker was making a safe and legal pass. The bikers were the ones acting reckless. That trucker had a perfectly legal right to be passing a slower vehicle.

I notice here in CA a lot of bikers split the lane, ride between cars. It’s illegal in NJ where I learned how to ride. Seems super dangerous.
