I only ever saw this commercial two or three times at most when it originally aired and yet have never forgotten it. Regardless of your opinion of the product, the combination of the Vangelis score and such evocative imagery creates a powerful impact. It certainly made one on me that’s lasted all of these years. Thank you for posting it.

@@EthanParmetItsDaBunny Hi. Ethan. The orchestral Hymne is the one in the Gallo wine commercial. I would like to find it without the wine commentary. Yes there is more than one version of this song. Just plug into you tube and you will find them. I just like the orchestral version (sans wine commentary) I will subscribe to your channel as there were other commercials during the years that I would like to find the music for.

Is there anybody reading these comments at this account because I remembered channel 29 used to always play the Phillies sporting events on this network over the decades through the 80s and up to the 90s because I remembered somewhere back in 87, my cousin had taken his children to the veterans Stadium to watch the Phillies game during that time before the stadium was demolished somewhere in the 2000s.
