I always wanted a Python. Could only afford a S&W 686 back in 1994. 6" stainless. I love that revolver, brand new I got it for $406.00 at a gun shop in 1994. I really wanted a Python 6" in stainless.

Whipping a revolver like that is extremely bad for it…can destroy cylinder stops, bend the crane, puts it out of time… c’mon buddy! Not the thing for a gun that’s already made it 100 years.

@@336Firearms thats literally why I have not bought one. Because for less money I can get a S&W PC 627 with two extra rounds and a more durable finish. Maybe not as pretty though.

FYI, never let the slide slam forward like that w/o a snap cap unless loading a round into chamber....
