In a sense yes but i love the natural creases when i use the bag. However I am cautious with my sharp ring whenever i use the bag. Hope this helps!

Is the color very near to black? I really wanted the black but in gold hardware. This is the nearest color they have right now for puzzle. 😅 Thank you for your review! ♥️

Hi 👋🏻 i think this is the darkest color option available currently but not as dark as black as you would like. In nighttime sure you can say its a dark bag, but in daytime you can clearly see dark grey/brown-ish undertones. Hope this helps ☺️

Hi 👋🏻 the puzzle edge is definitely getting more love currently 😍 Spain has one of the biggest vat refund in the EU so shopping makes it easier, its 14% and have no minimum spend.

Hi 👋🏻, I bought this bag in Paris Oct 2022. This was €2450 befor the tax refund. Not gonna lie, it can be a little heavy especially when you fill it up tho for me its a comfortable weight and the strap could be super useful if your arm is tired. Hope this helps!

Hi 👋🏻 so far after 16 months of on/off wear (I rotate all of my bags btw), the only wear&tear is on the matted hardware. But only a few chips and all and non-visible ones so that doesn’t bother me much. I think the only con if you want this type of bag/hardware is you gotta accept the eventual chipping and that’s inevitable. Because honestly if you buy an expensive handbag, you dont need the extra mental capacity to worry about it and thats just not fun. Hope this helps!

Your bag still looks brand new after a year. I'm paranoid/ concern about scuff marks and worn leather at the corner of any bags. Glad to know the corners still holds up well. Thanks Aleeza for sharing.

Hi Al! Thanks for sharing this. I purchased Loulou from Mytheresa after watching your video. It is sooo much cheaper than local boutique or even Personal Shopper! It is about 40% cheaper even after custom duty 10%. I am totally satisfied and loveee my loulou. DHL was very quick. I got the bag in 3 days after purchase. Amazing!! Btw to others asking, yes the item is authentic. It is shipped from Germany. It comes with the authentic card. Overall, mytheresa is awesome as it gives us a way to buy luxury item at euro price without VAT. ❤ thanks Aleeza.

Hi dear, depends on your body honestly. (Especially height & chest size) Sebab kena fikir juga, how you use the bag, kalau double shoulder selesa tak, kalau single shoulder tak panjang sangat ke, kalau nak crossbody, beg tu terletak terlalu rendah/tinggi kat badan. Hope this helps 😊

Hi ! My bag doesn’t have a serial number inside the bag, this is my first ever loewe purchase so i cant really compare to other bags/collection. However, according to my Loewe SA, they have an RFID inside of the bag. Hope this helps ☺️

Hi 👋🏻 so far ive used this for a few months already, it still holding on strong. Thought it might to consider that its a natural wear & tear as you continue to use it. My SA says you can bring it to the Loewe store & see if they can fix it for you during the waranty period. Hope this helps! In the future i will do a full review on the bag.

I opted against purchasing the bag. My SA said Loewe would only repair the hardware within 2 years. I’d rather put my money towards a bag with palladium or gold hardware.

Hi dear! Yes its worth the wait 🥹. While i was there the € was low, so that helps. After tax refund, it was less than RM14k (compare retail price in KL was RM17k).

I’d say the Alma would be more comfortable & versatile(top handle/crossbody/shoulder) for everyday. It holds more than your essentials. Hope this helps ☺️
