Even only counting movie wolverine, the 3 ways you gave are wrong : adamantium bullet did not kill him (would only work on an already depowered wolverine), adamantium injection would not kill him but only made him in some sort of living statue (probable that deathstrike is also still alive, living the worst fate possible), and silver samurai didn't depowered him but just weakend him since he still had powers after that. If you take into consideration comics Wolverine you basically have to destroy him to the last cell (so basically something able to destroy adamantium since is marrow is protected by it), he came back from what was visually just an adamantium skeleton. But in the end I don't believe you care, this are just made to create reaction. It's wrong on purpose to make people like me correct you and make it more shared by the algorithm.
