Of course! It is also in the description, but here too :) Yoghurt Recipe Ingredients 2 L of high quality whole milk 25 cm of heavy cream 2 tablespoons of your favorite yogurt 8 jam jars, sterilized 1 isotherm bag Method 1. Pour the 2 L of milk into a heavy bottomed pot set on medium high heat and stir in the heavy cream. 2. Stirring regularly bring the milk up to a boil being careful not to scald it. Once the milk has reached a simmer, lower the heat to medium and keep it at a gentle simmer for another 10 minutes. Remove from heat. 3. While the milk is cooling, prepare your jam jars and lids (or container of your preference). 4. Once the milk’s temperature has reached 55 to 60°C add in the yogurt and whisk thoroughly. 5. Ladle the mixture into each jar and cover gently with its corresponding lid. Add the jars in a circle inside your isotherm bag and place an additional jar filled with boiling water in the middle (this will help keep the yogurt at the right temperature throughout the culturing process). 6. Placed the bag and yogurt inside the oven or someplace out of the way and allow to culture for eight hours or overnight. 7. Once the yogurt has set, you can place in the fridge (I pour off a little bit of the whey liquid to get a richer more creamy consistency) 8. Serve with your favorite fresh fruit, granola, or as I do muscovado sugar! 2 liters doesn’t last more than a couple days in my house! 9. Save a couple tablespoons to make the next batch ;)

Recipe here 👇 Spinach Shakshuka Ingredients 3 tablespoons olive oil, 800 g of spinach, rinsed, and well dried 1 large yellow onion, finely diced 1 clove of garlic, finely diced 1jalapeño pepper, finely diced 3 key, limes, zested and juiced 20 cL heavy cream 6 farm fresh eggs 1 avocado, diced 1 small, pickled red onion 1/2 a bunch cilantro 1 loaf of brioche toasted Salt and pepper, to taste Chipotle sauce, highly recommended Method 1. Thoroughly wash and pick stems off of the spinach. Dry in salad spinner and reserve to the side. 2. Heat a large skillet on medium high heat with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Once hot, add diced onion, and cook for four minutes. Then add jalapeños and cook for another two minutes. Finally add garlic, lime zest, salt and pepper and continue cooking for another 30 seconds. 3. Push the vegetables to one side of the skillet and add the last tablespoon of olive oil, and the spinach. Working in batches, add the spinach to the skillet until it wilts, push to the side making space to add more. 4. Once all the spinach is cooked, add in the heavy cream and cook for another 4 to 5 minutes. Taste and adjust salt / pepper as needed. 5. With a spoon, create six divots in the creamed spinach. Crack the eggs into each one, salt, cover with a lid and turn heat down to medium low for another 7 to 8 mins. 6. In the meantime, toast the slices of brioche bread. 7. When the egg whites have just started becoming opaque, turn off the heat and remove the lid (we’ll continue cooking for another few minutes). 8. Plate with the avocado, pickled onion, cilantro, and chipotle sauce. 9. Turn on your favorite music and “Dance Now” Girl and girl to this one because it’s great!

Yes @tintonenahead ! Here you are :) Carrot soup 1.5 kg of carrots, peeled and coined 3 tablespoons of olive oil 1 large (250g) white onion, diced 2 cloves (15g) of garlic, minced 1 knob (20g) of ginger, minced 1 teaspoon of cumin, toasted and ground 1 L beef broth, good stuff ideally homemade 1 - 400 mL can of coconut milk 25g unsalted butter Key lime ginger cream sauce 10g unsalted butter 4 key limes, zested and juiced 1 clove (8g) of garlic, minced 1 small knob (12g) of ginger, minced 20 cL heavy cream 6 eggs, farm fresh Black pepper and salt to taste Olive oil to finish 1. Preheat oven to highest broil setting. Add coins of carrots to a sheet pan, cover in 3 tablespoons of olive oil and heavy pinch of salt. Place on top rack for 10 minutes minoring closely so as not to burn. 2. In a small sauce pan, toast cumin seeds until smelling great, then cut heat and allow to cool before grinding. 3. Meanwhile, heat a cast-iron pot on medium high heat. Add tablespoon of olive oil + 10 g of butter and as soon as it’s bubbling add diced onions. Sweat for 7-8 minutes and salt pepper, please. 4. Throw in garlic ginger and ground cumin to the pot and cook for 1 minute (don’t ever burn garlic and ginger, it’s sad). Deglaze with broth, scraping all the goodness from the bottom of the pot. Add carrots and bring to simmer until everything is tender (5 mins or so). 5. Add all to blender (or use strong immersion blender), and mix on high for a minute. With blender still going, stream in coconut milk then butter until it’s as smooth as a baby carrot’s bottom. Taste, salt, taste, adjust consistency with broth, taste, mmm lip smack! 6. To make the ginger lime sauce, melt butter in sauce pan on medium heat. When bubbling add garlic ginger and lime juice half of zest (keep some for plating) and cook whisking constantly for 60 seconds. Keep whisking as you add the heavy cream and reduce slightly 7. To make soft boiled eggs, heat a pot of water to a gentle boil. Gently place in the eggs and set a timer for 6 minutes (7 minutes if your eggs are refrigerated). Prepare an ice bath to put eggs in when the timer goes off. Crack and peel under running water. 8. Plate soup with egg in the middle, a stream of cream sauce around it along with a drizzle of olive oil, zest and your favorite flaky salt. Bon appétit ❤
