I am obsessed with this technique. I'm a theatre scenic painter and I've been trying to figure out how to make good knots. I have literally shown this video to every person who I talk about painting too. I got advice from a hardware store employee on using a hairdryer to help shape the bristles into that fluff you have going on, and I'm going to mess with the consistency of the paint to figure out what works best. Thank you! I am determined to get this trick down.

How long did it take to do your floor in one room?

Hi, my vinyl flooring, which is yellowish, already looks like it's wood. Shall I just paint the black/brown paint on as usual then to get the same effect please?
