What are the directions for brewing with the pour over method?

Coffee is a toxic. It is not good for anyone even if organic and low acid.

Research disagrees with you. It’s extremely healthy. Non-Organic coffee is healthy because of the excessive pesticides. Organic coffee does not have that problem.
