I've seen two nurses die right AT THE TIME CLOCK! Stressful. Too much favoritism esp with pay and scheduling. Too much racism. Too many cliques. Too much thievery in management. And the worse part is minorities are worse towards each other. Crazy! I pray that it changes but by then I will have left the field.

Can we talk about the patients with roaches!!! Omg I feel bad but I’m sorry I can’t do the roaches seen 7-10 huge roaches on my shift. One was in my bag. I will never ever take a bag into a patient’s house again

Thanks for these vids Tawanda! I'm an LPN currently working in a hospital ambulatory wound care center. I've enjoyed the experience and learning this skill set, but the pay is just average. I have a FT HH & a prn HH interview this wk. Im listening to your vids to get ideas. I hope to secure both and manage them both, 8f the price is right. Thank you!

@@IamEvelynEvette Hi! Thank you, and thanks for watching!! I’m get paid per SOC/Admission that I completed. I’m currently a W2 employee. I’m considering switching over to 1099. I have meeting soon with my tax preparer to discuss the pros/cons of switching over.

Mrs. Tawanda! I just adore you! You remind me of myself so much! I want to dabble around in home health. Thats how i found your channel. The companies where I live dont pay anything. They want u to be full time and pay nothing. One pediatric home health company told me i would only make minimum wage for new starts. I said I" I beg your pardon!"
