the building is basically a living entity due to its design: incorporated falling water, much natural light, use of much glass and breathable air within to name a few things. maintenance within should be about 35% to 45% less than a regular building of non-green form. as an architect, I'm happy to hear of this building; first time hearing of it. thanks for the news. must visit it.

This might be the best advice I have heard on the Future of modern Climate Change Construction. It is also important to understand that 4 or 12 inches of concrete, are not required to moderate an interior, as little as .5 inches combined with insulation will be sufficient.

Another BIG misconception is that Expanded Polystyrene EPS can't be used in the construction of the buildings Envelope. Because building science has been slooow to recommend this Perfect Wall system, I think the time has come to get the word out. www.greenbuildershawaii.net/photos/photos.htm is a great example of the technology.

man made climate change is a lie, the only thing that can heat or cool this earth is the sun, the pollution that man makes, does not affect the weather, what affects the weather is weather manipulation, as in chemtrails and HAARP, these are actual systems in place that affect our weather in ways that cause adverse reactions and directed weather patterns . we cannot change the weather with CO2, this is a lie, CO2 generators are employed in commercial greenhouses and the outcome is greener plants, the levels of CO2 are not as high as in the Jurassic period, when CO2 levels were more than 400 % higher . please remove the climate change as the reason for the displacement or direct death of most of the animals of this planet, its not the reason, the reason is the killing by way of development of fragile sites into housing plans and industrial areas
