It might be similar hardware but it depends what software the supplier shipped it with. Perhaps a more locked down version you could try and find alternative software to flash but I have never done that personally good Luck !

There are 2 power wires red only gives power to the radio when the ignition is on and yellow is the memory wire this must have a constant 12v to maintain memory check this out and you will be sorted I’m sure :)

If your model has key settings in the factory menu you can if not it may not have the software option included you could reach out to the seller of the unit to see if the software can be updated.

Or perhaps panel button settings all depends on the software install that it was sent out with

@@nagisaian thank you for your response I've tried to reach out to the manufacture and got nothing. But I've managed to find some updates on the XDA website hopefully I have some success with that.

This could be a wiring issue if the installer has wired 12v + into the radio into the memory supply, if it’s recently installed ask the tech to rectify it

I don’t believe it is fitted with true CarPlay it had a screen mirror feature only through a mobile hotspot connection

It’s not really a scam it’s just a cheap model it’s not too bad for the price mine was free so can’t complain

If you access all the apps in the submenu you should find the google play store, however the OS is old so you may need to download compatible APK files from the browser

@@nagisaianit should be in the first tab of the factory settings ‘feature settings’ where u can put the dvd and aux2 app. Do you have any idea why the tpms app isn’t showing up like the others when I select it?

Hi I’m unsure but error 18 indicates a motor that is not compatible what is wrong with the original motor

If it’s under load situations then it might be the hall sensors it should feel like a vibration also when riding

You could try unplugging the motor cable and try turning the scooter on just to eliminate that being the source of the problem.

@@nagisaian I disconnected the 3 phase cables and the 5-pin connector but the scooter doesn't start anymore

I also had a short circuit on my scooter, the scooter would not turn on, then I replaced the immobilizer and the problem was solved.

Hi I got them from AliExpress if you had a broken wire always try bacic stuff like checking for continuity in the wires :)

Could be a loose wire or the biggest culprit tends to be battery welds braking on the battery

it is an indescribably loud vibration that occurs whenever you drive faster than a certain speed,

it is not the sound the stalling effect is the culprit .the ESC confuses transtioning in between the phases , stalling the 360 degrees infinite rotation. if this is the case then you will need to check all the current pahse assembly including the sensors, cables and mosfets etc.

You can check the part with a ruler if it’s a bit out you can Sand it flat with sandpaper- use automotive sand paper say 220 grit and lay it in a piece of glass cover the paper with water and sand it flat. Remember Its a protruding rubber gasket so it’s pretty forgiving.
