I run a 298spd Rahul swift/will spd/CD/HP%. I like him better on CD than double HP. With lots of CD in artifacts. I can see upwards of 16.5k on defense broken units with skill 1. It’s a lot of fun.

First line always stays the same but can be changed from flat to % Defense Items: you want all element boost as much as you can. Splash in MP up, Cool down reduction, all elemental pen, defense up. buff duration.
