No they will only strengthen your core and make your abdominals look more visible if you have a lower body fat percentage if your goal is to lose fat anything that involves cardio like plyometrics running and jumping will help.

No. To loose fat, you need to burn more calories than you consume. So basically less junk food and a lil more cardio or just use more energy any way you feel like. If you use more energy and cut down on food in general (preferably junk food), your body will use fat as an energy resource. Kinda like when people starve and get skinny.

I wouldn't recommend twisting, just do side, middle side, and the small angles in between side and middle.

I loved working with a personal trainer during the pandemic and the virtual sessions had such a positive impact on my health. I'm looking forward to personal training in person!

Is this is better for you then regular sit ups?
@23beats284 жыл бұрын
King Vüdoo there both effective but this way is work both your left and right side of your abs helping you get that six pack you want. But you still want to do regular sit ups as well. When I work out I do 5 sets of 15 in regular sit ups and 4 sets of 10 with the twist sit ups

I wish I had a good experience while working at the YMCA but if anything I didn't feel like at all. You say feel like a place you belong but I didn't experience that at all. I went through a lot of stuff when I was working at the YMCA and if anything I went through panic attacks because of it. I hope people have positive experience at the YMCA as far as myself I wish it was different.

Flexion with rotation pushes the nucleus pulposus - the jellylike center - of the disc posterolateral (back and to the side), which is precisely where discs tend to herniate.

Refrigerator !!! If you understood it, it's really not too intellectually demanding. It's more matter of fact.

No, its not to intellectually demanding. Matter of fact, I don't think he finished what he was trying to say. Read it again. There is no conclusion but just describing the movement from an anatomical view...that's it. lol
