nice edit but I cant lie, the government in HL universe is flipping stupid. their logic is basically: "yo guys, some aliens are invading earth, lets kill all of the people who are the only ones that can possibly stop them!". i think if it wasnt for hecu and the government, maybe freeman would stop combine before they even got a chance to invade earth.

I don't why the Enclave is treated as the Worst of the Worst sure they don't have any Halo's over their heads but it's not like any other Fallout Faction IE Caesar's Legion, The Institute, Chained Choir, Brotherhood of Steel, Mutants, NCR, Vault-Tec are any Better If any thing I would say the Enclave are Pretty tame compared to The Institute and Caesar's Legion
