No, No, No! Are you a fish? What are your colors? Do you eat sardines? Isn't it true your primary diet is sardines? Isn't it true you ate my sardines last Tuesday? Here's a video of you eating my sardines! Impeachment! Leading is only on cross-examination! Think fast, and never ask the question "why"!

I'm pretty sure the only reason they said this argument was reasonable was because the guy had committed a sexual crime. Justice doesn't exist when the courtroom preemptively decides it wants a conviction.

I don't understand the statement/question because it doesn't pertain to any guilt wrong doing or relationship to anything that you are in court for or guilty of Remember if it is leading it's not worth answering . always let a lawyer know when they are leading and or lying . yes it's appropriate to summarize first then ask the questions but one thing that always shows up in court rooms is lies more so from the lawyers than the guilty .

The wheelchair is a mobility aid firstly. Which is used as a vehicle for independence. Denying a person freedom and independence is akin to modern slavery. Is my point of view.

Well if lawyers don't think like normal people, then politicians don't either, as most politicians are lawyers. That explains why things are screwed up!

That’s only for trained dummies, to answer as such. Or those who are “LOST AT SEE”! 1.) The U.S. banner has 13 stripes that represented the 13 United Colonies of New England; does it not? 2.) And do you remember that those 13 Colonies made a Declaration of Independence from Britain back in the year 1776. 3.) Which all foreign UNITED STATES CITIZENS are claiming that they are the Americans!? 4.) But their Bloodline is European, is it not? 5.) Is that not considered BIRTHRIGHT THIEF?

Very good information. In fact excellent. Many people should appreciate and review your videos because you are a professional in the law and this type information is not taught in public schools. You have to go to college and law school to get this knowledge. Even though ignorance of the law is no excuse. You are much appreciated by me. God bless you.

The field of “Law” is very broad. Generally, the presentation is helpful. However, there are many areas of the law and this is only one perspective about “thinking like a lawyer”. Helpful, but way to limiting.
@CclovercollectiiveАй бұрын
Well fundamentally this can be applied to any sector of law a lawyer may go into. I do believe this was meant to be more of a passive ad rather than only educational but, the 3 points made are applicable to any area of law. The examples however, these are more specified around criminal/civil law. The main points he mentioned though, basically saying abstract interpretation can play a major role in thinking like a lawyer. Any attorney has to be able to argue or defend a law/regulation/contract that can be interpreted in different ways (or possible loopholes in the case of contract & will attorneys), in the light that best suits their client while the opposing counsel argues a counter interpretation that sometimes can seem equally justified.
@smartguy10082 ай бұрын
BUT anyhow, I was hoping you could be more specific on your examples, and not just use the sardine as an example.

How to teach like a lawyer (I.e., if it’s free, it’s useless/obvious): if there is so much evidence like crumbs, stains, a plate etc., it won’t matter much the way you ask your questions as the evidence is overwhelming already. And it’s common sense to have a goal in mind when asking questions. And if someone found these self-evident, common sense points as some kind of revelation/trick of the trade, I can assure you that no question can help you navigate whatever it is you need to navigate with questions.
