Pwede kayo umakyat sa Groto kung nakapag register kyo sa port at nag-pay ng eco fee...yun na yung binayaran nyo sa feeder port na 50pesos, may receipt, yun oo yung ipapakita nyo sa mga bantay...access nyo na sa lahat ng tourist spot na nag-rerequire ng environmental fee...
