She was created by, who else but Eggman with the Phantom Ruby. She was made with the Phantom Ruby inside her body. No, it's not an organ, but it is part of her. Before Phantasm properly existed, She knows how to use her Phantom Ruby and its potential, but after Phantasm, she now only uses it to an extent. Meaning she limits herself from going too far, otherwise she could lose control of herself. Even with Phantasm (in our current universe) out of her body, she still limits herself. Why? Maybe adjusted that way, maybe using it too much brings back bad memories, whø ķńów§.

@ oh so after phantasm she limits herself but I gonna ask as a worst case scenario what if she loses control? if she let it all out would it bring doom to the entire Multiverse?

@BrianRodriguez-ld9oo If Phantasm was with them, Phantasm would basically be like Cyn from Murder Drones, just more aggressive and more use of their power. Phantasm would toy with their victims, but not to the point where they'd be overconfident. While Phantasm is aware, she often starts small. Would either go from conquering planet to planet, or universe to universe. That's up to debate though. But without Phantasm, then that's a very different case. It could be more like a dark form potentially. She'd lose control over herself from her rage. While this case is more than rare, it can happen and she can be saved, if it's the right person who's been part of her life. But if not saved, then her anger would wage on either till she gets revenge or vengeance on the one responsible for her rage, or till there was nothing left on Mobius. Yes, she is aware of alternate universes, but she doesn't bring the rage to them, as she focuses on the main source of where it came from. Yes, she does have a dark form, but it can also vary on her rage. It can be activated anytime when she reaches a certain level of anger, and when a critical level of anger she influences herself and the Phantom Ruby to full potential. That level of anger is extremely rare though. Meaning if someone may her that pissed, they done something unforgivable.

@@BrianRodriguez-ld9oo Allow me to also say, that the current universe Phantasm is...reformed I guess you could say. I have said this but I'll say it again. Phantasm is basically a fleetway form, but instead of chaos energy, it's the Phantom Ruby. While she contains the nature of her past self. She's learned to control that...learned there's more than conquering and control, learned the other things in life and some things are worth protecting.
