@@TheDreamRealEstate I didn't know if it's true or not, but I watched a vid yeas ago, showing how they threaten taxpayers in the USA, to pay their taxes: they send helicopters over their houses and call them by their names, saying : we know where you live John Escot (for example) and you owe us 10.000 usd. Something like that. Unfortunately I couldn't find the vid to send you the link. Well, maybe one day they'll invent more intrusive tactics.

It is hard to guess the right house! You want to avoid a total view of the buildung? Changes of views are much too fast (for my taste)

I didn't find anything comedic about it They were attempting to create something other than another monotonous real estate show by using dialogue. Mind you they are selling multi million dollar properties so if unimpressed please tune out.

@@mcdmcd224 Firstly, the little one isn't little but only relatively speaking to the other. The pants and suit style whilst not my preference are fairly common for the Italian silhouette. The bad golf shoes actually appear to be color blocked monk straps also common in Italy. Anyone who is so patently Italophobic must be Irish-American so why are you looking at an Italian site? Try finding Irish real estate sites if any exist; I wouldn't think so.

The unobstructed view of the sea is my favorite part. The villa is just a most comfortable place to sit and enjoy the view. Ciao!

I have very much enjoyed my vacations in Italy and would consider purchasing a retirement home here. I looked at your website and unfortunately, found large distracting watermarks on the photographs of the properties. I understand your desire to protect your property rights but the user experience was unpleasant. I quickly stopped my viewing.

Thank you for your comment. Watermarks are very important to us, but if there is any property in particular that you are interested in you can contact us through our website or our social channels where you will find many of our properties with photos without watermarks.
