Visited RSPB Druridge Bay, walked the beach and found a dead common porpoise and sat and watched a colony of sand martins in the “cliff” coming and going in the sunshine for around an hour. Beautiful place to be, especially fishing.

That is actually a disgrace keeping cod that size iam well awear there in regulation but comon by the time you fillet them your left with cid bites not cod fillets I've fished since I was about 6 year old on boats piers shore all of it and from about 13 I've allways said anything less then 3lb I throw back to give it a chance to grow and spawn and I know many anglers like this it all falls down to common brain sence catch one today or throw it back and catch two tomorrow personally I think your an idiot with a fishing rod not a bloody clue perfect example of a noddy here people respect the fishing and all do our bit to preserve stocks for the next generation

I've just moved from Plymouth to Reykjavík and I'm struggling to find any information on shore angling here, any chance you could give me an idea of the area you fished? And where you found bait, as the shops I've asked in only seem interested in selling me fly rods!
