My edit was much simpler, since I am working on my we'll be right back card, which does not have water or anything, but the text and some super visible moving parts to add a bit of movement, this video I am working on is for my Twitch Channels waiting for next stream kind of thing.

The extra difficulty is when you also have sound to deal with. Regardless, lovely video, thank you for sharing.
