Of the hundred or so fall decorating videos I’ve watched this is by far the BEST!! im watching it over and over!! Black and orange together or separate are my favorites. Been doing black and orange in the season for YEARS!! By adding some gold it’s a whole new level!! Thanks!🧡

The thing about people who insist on inserting themselves in these type of videos is that it's distracting because no matter where they tuck themselves, there they are. Their need to talk through it fails since what they say is not what is showing on the video, and since I turn off the volume to not listen to funeral parlor music, the closed caption I typically leave on for when I do want to know what is being said has to be turned off too. smh

Each room was a beautiful tableau...an artful still life BUT not one was designed with humanity in mind or heart. Cocktails nor coffees are within reach for the individuals spread out beyond any normal conversational boundaries. The architects di their job by giving you the structure, it is the designers job to make it beautiful and a joy to inhabit. You failed.

If your work from home lifestyle requires you to be on camera for meetings, make sure you have great lighting. There's nothing more annoying than having Windows behind you and that lighting washing your face out completely by making you appear almost non-existent. Other niceties definitely include remembrances of why you work, this is where a picture of your family where you can see it and not everybody can see it really matters. Minimalism is a great way to go because you know this workspace becomes your sanctuary rather than a zone for punishment.
