Je vous ai découvert il y a quelques semaines. A raison de 3 ou 4 vidéos par jour j’arrive au bout de votre aventure… je ralentis la lecture pour prolonger le plaisir. Cela vaut les inepties de la TV… Un grand bravo pour votre courage et la qualité du projet, du travail effectué. Il y a 4 ans nous avons acheté une maison et depuis nous la réhabilitons, cela n’a rien à voir avec ce que vous faites mais cela permet d’imaginer votre défi. Maintenant vous avez acquis des compétences et un savoir faire qui vous permettent de vous lancer dans d’autres projets tél que la construction d’une centrale nucléaire…😊 Arrive au bout de votre rêve il va y avoir un grand vide. Préparez cet instant important. Encore merci de nous faire partager votre quotidien.

Merci beaucoup pour votre message. Le bout du rêve est encore loin, même si nous espérons pouvoir ouvrir cette année, le projet sera loin d'être terminé par rapport à ce qu'il reste sur nos plans : parc, serre, bâtiment annexe etc... et puis la finalité pour nous c'est surtout l'exploitation du lieu, je pense que ralentir un peu dans les travaux fera du bien mais nous ne manquerons pas de partager également cette nouvelle expérience avec la communauté.

Vous assurez grave les gars d’avoir retaper un monument du patrimoine français surtt l’heure où il a de plus en plus de mosquée dans els villages français j’imagine même pas combien celle-là a dû coûter surtout sur vous avez l’air d’avoir tout fait en peu de temps

J aime pas du tout. Cela détruite t le charme de l époque tout ces matériaux moderne. Ces joints etc... C est bon effectivement pour faire du pognon 4 etoiles

@@chateaudutheil Try as I might to understand French I am failing terribly - we studied in school in Canada, but Quebecois is different as well - but thank goodness for your translations - although I smile at some of them. You are doing a wonderful thing restoring this chateau - I am sure your village is thrilled.

Bravo à vous, les travaux avancent bien et vite malgré le temps. Bonne idée l'epdm blanc pour la surchauffe l’été, sur le toit ils ont posé l'epdm directement sur des panneaux isolant type polyuréthane?

Also how does it work going with a brand of hotels do they lease the chateau from you ?

in our case the hotel brand is just here to help on the commercial part and we pay them monthly for their services but that's it. We are still in total control of the place.

Have you thought about doing a competition for people to design the interior, bedrooms, restaurants, entrance way, laundry bathrooms, the outdoor areas landscape designs and then pick the best ones ?

Hi guys, thank you for all of your replies to my numerous questions, much appreciated. I do however think that you are missing a trick here with doing the renovations in a modern theme, modern hotels conference centres and restaurants are ten a penny ! Where are restoring it with the chateau theme would set the whole project apart from many other modern ones - Please please please think about it 😊 thank you
