that scream at "give up her dead" a little backstory, i introduced my best friend to this band, one of our favorite songs. i always imagined playing this with him on stage, but he passed away in 2021. so when i hear this song the scream is kind cathartic in a way. miss you jay <3

What a beautiful song. Dustin's voice has gotten better and better with time. I love acoustic albums, personally Alice in Chains unplugged was one of my favorites. I wish they would bring that back, doing acoustic concerts like that on MTV. But of course they won't, they are now a game show network and not a music channel at all. Too bad. I would love to see Thrice, Highly Suspect and a few others play like this.
