People need to pay attention to their diet and liquid intake from birth on. In order to breastfeed you need foods like raw veggies and fruits that have high water content, drink a gallon of water per day, stay away from foods and chemicals that hinder breastmilk production, and eat 6 smaller meals per day throughout postpardum for 40 days and drink constantly. There are also lactation cookies and teas. The more you breastfeed the more you make. And your diet is the #1 thing that can hinder breastmilk production, along with drugs taken that inhibit it. Stay away from all things that lower this and you will breastfeed for years just fine!

She was on her back and immobile for wayyyyy too long. This could have been much more progressive and positive. If anyone is watching this looking for what NOT to do, this is a great example

He is just gorgeous and I love that man to death I watched another video will another lady was having a baby she was screaming so loud that I had to turn the video down because I didn't want my mom to think it was me screaming meant to say didn't want my mom to think it was me screaming:-) at least this lady is not screaming she is just breathing really heavy:-) so I don't have to turn the video down:-)

Why they made you give birth on your back with a posterior baby is beyond me.. all 4s would have taken away pain in the back for you... you did amazing despite not being in an optimal position. Im a mumma of 5 and had my first baby in 2016 and she was posterior. They made me give birth on all 4s. Best thing i ever did.

My brother was born at home and a birth injury made him mentally retarded. If he were born in a hospital he would have had a normal life.

What a BEAUTIFUL labor I use to to think they overdramatisize labor on tv...lol I Def think some people have a higher pain tolerance than others. Lol this will be my third birth at home and though I wish I wasn't as "vocal" yours was so peaceful to watch ♥
