Love your review, been thinking about getting this station and the FM 2032 set up myself. My critique is only I wished you link or note the equipment in your video description, as you mentioned the tips in the FM-2032 but I had to replay it a few times to actually get to see which tips they were. Big Thumbs up and keep going :P

@@mm0077 The soldering experience you mean? Literally the same thing. Honestly the only difference in single iron performance is that the 203 heats up like 2-4 seconds faster, depending on how it feels. What i’m saying is that if you just want to solder get the 951, but for future capabilities the 203 is better.

What kind of microscope you need to solder ? What do you use?

I myself use the Andonstar AD208. It’s a nice and small digital scope. Although if you’re looking into some longer time soldering, you can look into a binocular stereoscope like the mechanic mc75t.

@@KuraV12 but thanks for sharing Is951 better then 888d I order x2 888d Im beginner want to try to solder ps2 modchips using cables 30awg and 24awg . Mobo 5.0 This will be my first . So any tips ? Should i always tin the tip of soldering iron and it will last me a lot of time? Can it be years? I want to keep it always always safe and take care of it . To learn more with it . I was gonna order x4 888d units just in case .

@@KuraV12 should i get 951 will it make my life easier? What best tips out there for it for mucro soldering ? What tips you use the most? And how to know which tip work better why are they different shapes any idea? Im new want to repair and mod consoles . Just need good tools

So here are my replies in chronological order: -Depends, if you solder a lot, yes. -I don't know, i only use T30-I and T30-J because it's what i have -On my main iron, T15-D24, T15-BC1, T15-C4 and T15-D16. On my micro the two ones above. -You have to just buy and try them on your own, see what works best, and different shapes help with different tasks.

Ehh, not quite. Most should work, i use this big one because i can get the biggest suction power from it. Technically if your compressor is able to pump out air at the pressure i showed in the video it should work. However generally the better the compressor the better the suction. If you give me your location i can give you an optimal compressor.

I got it brand new, admittedly a bit much but I've been using it for 2 years now! It doesn't look nearly like the one here. That was before I realized how many tools I would need... and now the only thing I wish it had is the internal hot air pump, I very quickly got to the point where I needed to start doing hot air having started learning on such a good iron was what kept up my momentum and now I'm looking to surface mount. I've somehow managed to get a microscope and a micromotor (PACE Microchine Standalone Station) but that's because I've been going off Ebay deals, when it comes to soldering equipment specifically though, I just feel better about buying it new honestly...

I said in the video, the whole station is 140watts. So it can power two 70w handles at the same time

If it does not read backups, the laser may be dead; alternatively, you could replace the wires with new 30AWG kynar. For power and ground, use a thicker wire, such as 26 or 28 AWG.

I don’t know if you saw the video, but i replaced all the wires except the power and ground with 30awg. Also, the person that gave it to me adjusted the laser pot after i gave it back, which made it read backups again. I don’t know if this helped or not, probably yes tho.

Unironically, i don't have anything against the interphace. I just needed something to b*tch about, this station is perfect and i've been using it for 3 months already, it never failed me, never ripped a pad with it. It's very pleasant to work with, A LOT better than my "old" TS-80P.

I think i need to tell this. After like 2 days of making this video i teared down the xbox even more and scrubbed even more on the metal shield. i dusted EVERYTHING off. It looks super clean now

I searched the whole hdd over ftp and boxplorer, there weren’t any games. Just the programs and a lot of skins. No emulators and roms too
