When I played this game I was in high school and I wished I had a girlfriend like Rinoa. As years went by and when I became 40, I thought I will probably never have a girlfriend. But it was understandable since I never really tried. Just before the pandemics, I met a beautiful Russian (mostly Tatar) girl with long, dark hair like Rinoa online. She was so beautiful (in the photos that she shared) that I trembled, lol. And I thought I should give it a try at least and after almost 3 years later, we are married) I'm glad I tried and did not give up)

The piano version of Ami is almost completely faithful to the original version, while the piano version of Julia was spot on to the original.

I've finished Rebirth and I honestly don't know what to say and I have mixed feelings... SPOILERS: The game's affection system allows me to kiss Tifa in the Gold Saucer....but it doesn't allow me to kiss Aerith We have a final chapter that's practically dedicated to Aerith and Cloud, Cait Sith's prediction that Cloud will lose what's most important to him, a scene where Cloud gets jealous of Zack, the game's theme "No Promises to Keep" which is a love song written by Aerith for Cloud... I think I can conclude that Aerith and Cloud have feelings for each other, right? Is it only in my head that this doesn't make sense ??? why on earth can I kiss Tifa and not Aerith ???

They made it to be able to kiss Tifa only because if they didn't the game would be way too unbalanced in favour of Aerith's. That's why they only tease. But there is no need, you don't even need to be a shipper. Also, the "thank you" part in the dream date has a very deep meaning in Japanese culture.

The way I see it, they let cloud kiss tifa as a way of making things more "even." But it's weird because 1. Cloud starts tifa's date going "did you talk to aerith? I guess she still has feelings for zack" and getting bummed out. And 2. The kiss felt very out of character for cloud to do. And when I say that, I mean both soldier persona cloud and "real" cloud. It's an action so bold I couldn't see "either cloud"(in quotes because it's not like they're two entirely different people) doing it. Plus, aerith is the one most likely to be canon, considering she's also the canon rosa, her Loveless is based on cloud and aerith, and hers is the only version of Loveless to mention true love

I have beat this game twice. Once when I was a child with absolutely no comprehension to its story, The second time during my early teens, where I can barely grasp the emotions. Soon I'm going to play and beat it again as an adult, with better comprehension and a deeper understanding. I might even make a retrospective documentary out of it if/when i have time, but who knows. The only thing I'm sure about is to enjoy this game again to its fullest extent.

Yeah, I'm playing through it currently. I'm a bit over thirty hours in, and it has been super fun so far. I'll definitely try to make a few videos once I've played through it and listened to all the tracks. It might take a while, though. I have a terrible amount of work with my university studies, but summer might be a good time for me to get back into making more music mixes. How's your Rebirth playthrough going if you have started it yet?
